Warranty & Returns

Return Policy:

All products are specifically selected and ordered for each individual client’s custom project. All sales are final with no refunds given unless previously agreed upon in writing prior to purchase. These exceptions are subject to all original and return shipping charges as well as a 20% restocking fee. 

All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

All custom orders, made to order items, flash sale items, furniture, artwork, sale items, and chandeliers are final sale and cannot be returned.

Warranty / Protection Plan:

In order for the warranty / protection plan to apply, the client must purchase a protection plan at the time of purchasing the product. The client can select for which specific items they would like to purchase a protection plan if they do not wish to protect the entire purchase. If the item becomes defective within the one year warranty period from the date the item was received and inspected and the client / user is not at fault, the client will receive a replacement product without having to pay for additional shipping, receiving, and delivery fees. If no warranty plan is selected, the client is responsible for applicable processing, shipping, receiving, and delivery fees to receive a replacement product.

1 Year from Date of Receipt / Inspection by Receiver: 10% of Total
